We are going to review how four Latin American chefs/authors share their recipes. After that, you will share your favorite recipe with your classmates.

After completing this short lesson, you will be able to:

1. Read cooking recipes in Spanish.
2. Share your favorite recipes in Spanish.
3. Use infinitive verbs, impersonal SE, or present subjunctive as indirect commands.

Before completing this lesson, you should be proficient in the following:

1. How to conjugate verbs in the present tense. 
2. Basic food vocabulary. You can use a Spanish-English dictionary when you are reading each recipe to expand your vocabulary.
